WayForward has announced that Clock Tower Rewind will be launching in the west slightly earlier than anticipated, with the game’s release bumped to October 29, 2024.
Clock Tower Rewind was previously confirmed for an October 31 launch, fitting placing the game out on Halloween. However, you can now grab it digitally a few days before, which is nice to see.
Fully translated and released outside of Japan for the first time, Clock Tower Rewind presents a quintessential survival horror experience as players run, hide and survive against the blood-thirsty scissorman. The game offers brand new content including an animated opening, motion-comic cutscenes, and a Mary McGlynn vocal performance.

Developer SUNSOFT has also added a bunch of quality-of-life features to Clock Tower Rewind, such as the ability to choose from original or enhanced mode, as well as tuck into a range of extras including an art gallery, music player, and creator interviews.
