PlayStation Universe has teamed up with Ubisoft for a unique Call of Juarez: The Cartel competition, which will see one lucky winner walk away with a brand new copy of the shooter on PlayStation 3 and a bag of exclusive goodies. Four runners-up will also receive a copy of the game.
To be in with a chance of winning you need to get your thinking caps and show us how creative you can be by developing a PlayStation Theme that captures the tone and style of the game.
Creating a PlayStation Theme is much simpler than it sounds and the results are quite incredible as your XMB is totally transformed. If you’ve never attempted creating a Theme before then check out our basic walkthrough on how to create a PS3 theme, download the PS3 Theme Creator and grab yourself some images to create a background and change the icons on the XMB.
The lucky winners will be those who put the most effort into their masterpieces, creating something that others will want to download while staying true to the theme of the game. Use existing screenshots (make sure they’re not copyrighted or watermarked,) or use your own design skills to create something unique.

To enter, all Themes should be uploaded via our dedicated Theme section (hit the Media tab at the top of the Home page and select Themes –upload). All entries must be .p3t tiles, which are generated within the PS3 Theme Creator software.
Winners will be chosen after the competition closes on Monday Aug 1, 2011.

Terms and Conditions
All entries to the competitions must be uploaded to PSU’s dedicated theme section.
Five submitted Themes will be picked by PSU staff from all eligible entries that arrive by midnight of the closing date Monday Aug 2011. All selected entries will receive a copy of Call Of Juarez: The Cartel on PS3.
The top entry will receive Call Of Juarez: The Cartel on PS3 and some exclusive goodies that tie-in with the game.(to be determind)
Readers can enter the competition multiple times.
The competition is not open to employees of PSU.com and Ubisoft, or their affiliates, agencies, suppliers, sponsors and members employees’ immediate families.
In the event that the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater specification.
In event of any dispute the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
