Crossout update 1.07 is now available to download on PS4, and it’s a big one!
The patch notes confirm a ton of additions and fixes for the free-to-play, post-apocalytic MMO action game.
In addition to new maps, clan battles and customization kits, Gaijin Entertainemnt and Tangem Games have added a Knight Riders event which includes daily missions.
Here’s a snap shot of the patch notes, which can be found in full on the Crossout forums, and include details of the new Wrath of Khan and Two Turrets multiplayer maps and explains more about clan battles and tweaks to the Raid mode.
Added new shotgun BG2 ‘Goblin’.
• Rarity: rare.
• Combines the functions of firearms and ramming weapons. Integrated pins for additional damage in a collision.
• Increased protection from contact damage.
Added new cannon BC-17 ‘Tsunami’.
• Rarity: legendary.
• Long-range and powerful weapon.
• High precision coupled with high returns.
• A unique feature of the weapon: for every 5 seconds that a player’s vehicle is not moving, the gun damage is increased by 20%. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
Added new drone ‘Fuze’.
• Rarity: epic.
• Number of launches: 4.
• An agile drone, exploding when approaching the goal.
Knights’ weapons
Added crossbow ‘Spike-1’
• Rarity: epic.
• Slow, but a very precise weapon.
• Impressive ammo (18 units).
• When you’re limited with gunpowder and explosives, old and reliable springs, cables and fittings are used. Works as fine.
Knights’ details
• Gun-mount wheels added
The Knechtes traditionally stylize their wheels to the old cannon ones.
New decor
• Armored skull (rarity: rare)
The skull, enclosed in the armor — is indicative of Knechtes decoration.
• Bludgeon (rarity: rare)
Heavy bludgeon as a decoration of Knechtes vehicles.
• Huntsman’s horn (rarity:rare)
Produces a deep twang in the best traditions of German hunting. The sound of this horn is remembered forever by those who have met the detachment of cleats. And got away alive.
New dyes
• Material: Plate steel.
• Teutonic stripes.
• Teutonic eagle.
• Teutonic cross.
All these dyes can’t be mixed or received via mixing other dyes.
