This past Independence Day weekend, NIS America released a new English “Overview” trailer for Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony at Anime Expo.
The trailer moves quick and fast, giving glimpses of the characters, gameplay, mini-games and more that you’ll find in Danganronpa V3 when it releases for PS4 and PS Vita on September 26 in North America and September 29 in Europe. The PC version (via Steam) launches worldwide on September 26 as well.
The Danganronpa franchise has been described as Battle Royale (or Hunger Games) meets Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. In each mainline game, a sadistic robot bear named Monokuma traps a class of students in their school and presents them with a game of death. If a student can kill a classmate and be found not guilty by a trial, he or she will be free to go. If found guilty, he or she will be killed by Monokuma.
