Days Gone Remastered Update 1.025.440 Fixes PS4 Save Import Bug; Full Patch Notes Listed

Sony Bend Studio has released a new update for the recently-launched Days Gone Remastered, and while there’s no new content, it come with a fix for a bug related to importing your PS4 save. This remastered version of the PS4 open-world horror title features various graphical improvements and greater accessibly options, in addition to a permadeath and speed run mode. In addition, players can take on the Horde Assault, which has you battling against endless waves of Freakers for as long as possible.

Days Gone Remastered as released for PS5 on April 25, 2025, and those who own the PS4 version of the game can upgrade to the PS5 edition for $10.

Days Gone was originally released for the PS4 in 2019 and takes place in Oregon two years after a pandemic that turned a larger portion of the population into zombie-like features known as Freakers. Players control Deacon St. John, a former outlaw-turned-drifter, who embarks on a quest to find his wife, Sarah, who may be still be alive despite originally thought dead.
