Destiny’s notorious heavy ammo bug is about to be flattened out in a future update, developer Bungie has announced.
The bug in question causes the ammunition—a rare commodity that powers machine guns and rocket launchers—to disappear after dying, returning to orbit, or entering an unskippable cutscene.
Fortunately, Bungie has assured gamers a fix is on the way: "For some time now, we’ve been tracking this one," the company said during its latest Weekly Update post.
"To date, the best we’ve been able to do is to admit that we were aware of the issue. This week, we can give you some additional information."
Still, it seems a full remedy for the problem won’t be rolled out until late February.
