Speaking during an interview with ArabicGamers, Bungie’s David Dague has said that the newly-released Destiny is the “best game” the former Halo studio has ever created.
"So what we’ve done with Destiny is create a game that was as good a game as we could make," said Dague.
"We feel this is the best game that we’ve ever made. When you think about the new technology we’ve invented for ourselves, when you think of the talent that we’ve lured into our studio from every corner of the entertainment industry, we’ve put that pressure on ourselves."
The shooter finally hit stores today for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360, with Sony even going so far as to treat the game as a first-party title, even though it’s out on rival formats.
PS4 owners will be treated to exclusive DLC for the science-fiction blaster for 12 months.
