Fancy getting yourself immortalised in Diablo IV? Well, Blizzard is giving you the chance to do just that, although it won’t be a walk in the park. To do so, you’ll have to hit Level 100 on Hardcore Mode in Diablo IV as quickly as possible.
To be more precise, the first 1000 players who provide proof to Blizzard of the accomplishment will be immortalised on a statue of Lilith in-game. And yes, we said Hardcore Mode; this is a lot tougher than your standard Diablo IV offering, and is selected on the character creator.

Hardcore Mode is essentially a type of perma-death option that sees your character deleted if they die, which means you have to start over again with a new character. So, if you’ve made it far along in Diablo IV and kick the bucket, you’ll lose all your progress including all get and stats.
Diablo IV is scheduled for release on June 6, 2023 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
