ZA/UM, the studio behind critically acclaimed RPG Disco Elysium: The Final Cut, is looking to take on new writers for future projects. The best bit? There’s no formal experience required, although obviously you’ll need to be a solid scribe with top-notch editing skills to boot.

ZA/UM is hiring writers for future projects. We’re looking for ambitious and highly experimental individuals who are eager to take on large-scale artistic and technical challenges.
For this role, prior games industry experience isn’t necessary, but extremely strong writing and editing skills are. You should also have a solid work ethic and an eagerness to collaborate on large creative endeavours.

There’s no word on what ZA/UM is working on right now, although it’ll probably be a while before we hear anything considering they are still staffing up.
