Gameloft has announced plans for the next major Disney Dreamlight Valley update, which will bring two new characters to the life sim: Daisy Duck and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.
The Thrills and Frills update will be available for all base owners of Disney Dreamlight Valley, and will feature Daisy managing the village’s new boutique store. Here, players will be able to display their custom-designed Touch of Magic goodies, while your friends can visit to nab the designs for themselves. You can also pick up weekly design challenges from Daisy to unlock boutique rewards.

Also coming as part of the Thrills and Frills update will be a series of quality of life improvements, with the camera tool in particular receiving a lot of attention. It will now be possible for players to take photos while perched on any of the Disney rides in their village, and it looks like an Aladdin-themed carpet ride is coming to the game to boot.
So, what of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit? Well, he’s arriving as part of Act 2 — The Spark of Imagination, which offers “new adventures and puzzles” for Eternity Isle. His appearance will pay homage to the silent era of films, and Oswald’s house is inspired by old movie theatres.
Both the Spark of Imagination and Thrills and Frills will arrive on May 1, 2024 across all available platforms.
