Square Enix has unwrapped the first details on PSP sequel Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy.
As reported in the latest issue of Japanese publication Shonen Jump magazine, the Final Fantasy-theme fighter will be hitting stores in the Land of the Rising sun next year, and features FFXIII’s Lightning and FFIV’s Kain as selectable characters.
Further info is being kept under wraps at present, though with any luck we’ll hear more on the sequel at the Tokyo Game Show next week.
Curiously, the magazine also mentions that Lightning will show up in The 3rd Birthday in some capacity, though little else is known at present.
