DmC: Devil May Cry Definitive Edition announced for PS4

Capcom has announced that it is bringing Devil May Cry 4 and DmC: Devil May Cry to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2015.

First up is DmC: Devil May Cry Definitive Edition, which remasters the Ninja Theory-developed reboot in 60fps/1080p for Sony and Microsoft’s latest home console.

In addition to featuring the original game and Vergil’s Downfall DLC, DmC: Devil May Cry Definitive Edition also rebalances the combat based on fan feedback, and throws in extra content such as a Turbo Mode, a new Vergil’s Bloody Palace wave-based mini-game, and new costumes for Dante and his silver-haired sibling.

DmC: Devil May Cry Definitive Edition is scheduled for release digitally and at retail stores on March 17, 2015 for £29.99.

Finally, Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition is targeting a summer 2015 release date, though details on what the port will include have yet to be confirmed. The game was originally released in 2008 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, while DmC hit stores in 2013.
