Klei Entertainment has announced via the U.S. PlayStation Blog that Don’t Starve Together is heading to the PlayStation 4 shortly.

This re-release of the game is based on the multiplayer-based expansion for Don’t Starve, offering a new twist on the regular single-player shenanigans that gamers have already experienced. It supports up to six players online, with split-screen couch co-op also featured.

The company revealed that the survival title will hit Sony’s current-generation console on September 13. Not only that, but the game will be accompanied by the release of a new Don’t Starve Mega Pack, which will be available at 60 percent off for those who already own the original version of Don’t Starve.
