Arc System Works has unleashed the official reveal trailer for Double Dragon Revive following its announcement in the latest issue of Famitsu magazine, offering a first glimpse at how the all-new 3D brawler is shaping up.

Double Dragon Revive captures the classic brawling antics of the arcade days but recreates them with modern 3D visuals, with the Lee brothers facing off against powerful foes from their past. You’ll traverse the screen horizontally scrapping with foes using the series’ intuitive gameplay, with controls and balance tweaked to bring it up to speed with the modern era.
In terms of combat, Double Dragon Revive brings a little more variety and adaptation, so you can’t simply button-mash your way to victory. As with any good beat-‘em-up, you’ll grab weapons scattered throughout each stage to give yourself the edge in combat while learning enemy patterns to exploit their weaknesses.
Double Dragon Revive is due out in 2025 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
