UK retail giant GAME has confirmed that Driver: San Francisco will be released on November 26.
As reported by the chaps at Eurogamer, GAME is one of two official pre-order partners for the action-racer, and informed the site that the release date comes straight from the horse’s mouth – that’s Ubisoft, in case you wondered.
This latest instalment in the long-running series takes a more elaborate set-up than previous entries, with the game taking place in the mind of protagonist John Tanner, who has slipped in to a coma. As such, gamers will be able to take advantage of a new ability called Shift, which allows Tanner to pinch a new motor without having to travel on foot, even while in the middle of a chase.
Driver: San Francisco will be released for PS3, PC, Wii and 360.
