Sony announced during the PlayStation Meeting last week that the PS4 Slim will launch in most territories on September 15, priced $299. In addition, the format holder will also release the high-end PS4 Neo on November 10 for $399, which offers 4K gaming and smoother frame rates for titles.

PS4 was originally released in November 2013 alongside the Xbox One, and has sold over 40 million units worldwide to date.
