Techland has released a new action-packed video to capture your attention about its upcoming zombie survival action game, Dying Light.
Taking a leaf out of Ubisoft’s book, who often use real-life parkour runners to market its Assassin’s Creed franchise, the following video shows a daring escape across the rooftops of Cambridge with zombies in pursuit.
In Dying Light, players must explore a vast urban environment during daylight hours while scavenging for supplies and cobbling together weapons to fight off the zombie-like victims of a vicious outbreak. When night falls however, these infected individuals become far more aggressive, forcing gamers into a struggle to survive until sunlight.
This video is part of a teaser as Techland plans to reveal some more parkour-inspired information later this week. In the meantime, check out the Dying Light hub for more info about the game.
Dying Light is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on January 27 in the U.S. and January 30, 2015 in Europe.
