A gameplay demonstration of Dying Light during the VGX Awards showcased the game running at native 1080p on the PlayStation 4.
Developed by Techland, the team behind the Dead Island series, the game will feature an expansive environment devastated by a zombie outbreak also highlighted by an impressive day-night cycle. The dynamic free-running mechanic will richen traversal through the densely populated urban wasteland, a useful feature when trying to make an escape from flesh-eating hordes.
Dying Light will launch on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC in 2014. You can watch the full gameplay demo below.
