The lead programmer for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has confirmed that Naughty Dog’s hotly anticipated action-adventure sequel was indeed running in-game footage captured from a PlayStation 4 during its brief E3 showcase.
Writing on Twitter, Corrinne Yu was quizzed by fans whether or not Nathan Drake’s latest teaser was CG or real-time, to which she replied:
“They are in game visuals in 3D captured on a PlayStation 4.”
Naughty Dog previously revealed that Uncharted 4’s trailer was running in 1080p and that the studio is targeting 60fps for Drake’s latest treasure hunting exploits. The game will be released some time in 2015.
