Winner: God of War
It was feared there was nowhere left to go for the God of War franchise following the definitive ending of God of War III and the pretty average prequel, God of War: Ascension, but the E3 trailer showed us otherwise.
This isn’t just a generic reboot, but a new beginning for Kratos in what Sony Santa Monica promises will be “a different, better and truly more memorable experience than before." We’ll get to explore the more "human" side of Kratos, which was showcased in emotive scenes hunting with his son.

Of course, we can expect the huge setpieces, incredible imagery and beastly enemies that have become synonymous with the series, but this fresh new angle leaves us overcome with excitement to find out more. The new God of War looks amazing.
