E3 ViDiaries: PSU experiments with the non-newtonian world of PS3’s Ibb & Obb

 Ibb & Obb, a platformer from Codeglue and Sparpweed, is a game with a focus on the abnormal and on a two-player experience.  In a video game landscape that is increasingly characterized by picturesque visuals and premises, as well as a shrinking library of local multiplayer games, Ibb & Obb is a refreshing break from the normal, and innovative attempt by indie developers to create something where irregularity prevails and cooperation, not competition, is the only route to success.

The game, originally scheduled to release in May, has been delayed until an undisclosed date.  Developers estimate that the game will be ready for release sometime this summer.  But do we even care when it releases?  That’s what PSU’s U.S. Managing Editor Kyle Prahl, in our latest E3 ViDiary, is about to tell you.
