Electronic Arts has lifted the lid on a Limited Edition version of its upcoming FPS Medal of Honor.
Due out alongside the standard release this October, the LE set gives consumers exclusive rights to a unique weapon known as the MP7, in addition to day-one access to a pair of nifty Shotguns – the TOZ-194 and 870MC2 – which regular buyers will have to level up in our to acquire.
Medal of Honor’s executive producer, Greg Goodrich, commented: "Access to a weapon like the MP7 will allow players to experience a tool developed with the Special Operations Community in mind," adding, "With its light weight, high rate of fire and its ability to penetrate body armor, the MP7 handles like a pistol yet allows targets to be engaged like a rifle."
The modern-day shooter, which takes place in war-torn Afghanistan, is due out on October 15 for PS3, 360 and PC.
