EA SPORTS lands Premier League sponsorship until 2018/19 season – FIFA 15 wins

EA SPORTS has extended its current agreement with the Premier League which will ensure that graphics and animation in its upcoming instalment of FIFA 15 will continue to push the boundaries.

As part of the deal, EA SPORTS gains entry to all 20 Barclays Premier League clubs allowing the development team to capture 3D head scans of players, real crowd emotions and audio from fan’s reactions from within stadiums over the course of the upcoming season.

It brings our award-winning game to new levels of authenticity and realism, and enables fans to immerse themselves in the drama and emotion of the league. And as a life-long Liverpool FC fan, I know exactly how that feels!” said Peter Moore, Chief Operating Officer, EA.

The deal also extends to EA SPORTS sponsorship of the recently-introduced Goal Decision System, which will also debut in FIFA 15.
