Quirky PlayStation Network puzzler echochrome looks set to receive a new update in the near future, implementing PlayStation Eye support as well as a level sharing option.
According to Sony Japan, throwing in PS Eye support will allow users to film themselves solving the game’s brain taxing puzzles, before then uploading the videos to YouTube or storing them.
Meanwhile, players can also share levels via the “cloud,” as opposed to waiting for Sony to approve and distribute user-created content. Lastly, a quiz option is also being added, requiring players to figure out which of three puzzles they’re walking on. The stage itself will be invisible, and gamers must deduce which playing field matches the on-screen character’s movement pattern.
Invisible puzzles? Our brain aches just thinking about it.
