U.S. ratings body the ESRB (via Siliconera) has turned up a couple more gems for re-release on PlayStation Network across the pond, with Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy Origins both listed for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable.
You know the drill by now; ESRB slaps a rating on some retro-tastic PSOne outings, and they later appear on Sony’s flagship online service a few months down the line.
It’s worth noting that FF Origins, a bundle featuring Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II, has received numerous ports over the years, appearing on Gameboy Advance and PlayStation Portable in addition to Sony’s grey box of tricks.
The PSOne version, however, includes the original magic set-up where characters possess spell tiers as opposed to the traditional MP system of more recent games.
Stay tuned.
