Sony has revealed that if you sign up between June 29 and Aug. 3 for a one year subscription, you will receive a free downloadable copy of LittleBigPlanet for the PlayStation 3.
You can keep the game for as long as you like as it is not tied into the period of your subscription. That’s right, you are essentially getting one of the PS3’s best games, plus a year’s subscription to PlayStation Plus for about £39.99 GBP a year.
PlayStation Plus also nets you exclusive PlayStation Store items, full game trials, automatic downloads, discounts, and free games.
It should be plainly noted that Sony says it is fully committed to the PSN remaining a free gaming service, and there are no plans to reduce the current service. Again, the PSN features will remain free.
