European PSN update; February 19

It has been a long time coming, but Europeans can finally relax and enjoy Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix. We’re sure you thought this day would never come, but SCEE has come through in the long run, right? The creator of Katamari also rolls out his awkwardly indescribable title Noby Noby Boy and Criterion unleashes its Legendary Cars pack. As expected, Rock Band and Guitar Hero see their fair share of downloadable content and LittleBigPlanet resumes it usual place in each weekly update with its WipEout HD costume pack.
