The Fallout 4 update 1.5.4 has been and gone, yet there’s still no sign of Fallout 4 mods for PlayStation 4.
Update 1.6 has also arrived for PC with the Xbox One patch being rolled out this week, but we’re still waiting for mod support for PS4.
Fallout 4 PS4 mods release date uncertain
Fallout 4 PS4 mods were due to be released in June, but Bethesda announced via Twitter that PlayStation 4 owners will have to wait for the highly-anticipated update.
We regret to say that the PS4 Mods Beta for Fallout 4 has been delayed. We will update everyone when we can.

It’s believed that the delay is due to issues with the PS4 version of Fallout 4, relating to sound files, graphics files, and the console’s limitation on storage limit for mods – currently set at 900 MB (compared to 2GB on Xbox One).
Bethesda has stated that once these issues have been fixed they’ll release Fallout 4 mods for PS4, but has yet to confirm an official launch date.
