Well-respected Japanese videogame magazine Famitsu has issued a correction for the release date of The Last Remnant on PlayStation 3.
Initially cited for release in November as part of the specialist ‘Famitsu PS3 Vol.XIII DKΣ3713 EX.Report’ (snappy title), Famitsu clarified that the PS3 release is still unconfirmed, with only the Xbox 360 version locked into 2008.
Bad news all round then, as the Square-Enix fantasy RPG is shaping up to look somewhat special. We can only hope for a late ’08 release.
