Square Enix announced today that Final Fantasy XIII will be released in Spring 2010 on the Xbox 360 in North America. The announcement was made at Microsoft’s press conference, and while there was no mention of a PlayStation 3 release date, we believe it’ll be released alongside the Xbox 360 version, if not before.
Don’t hold your breath quite yet, as a lot can happen in a year. With any luck, FFXIII will be in our hands before E3 2010. There’s also no word about a release date in Europe, but we’ll see what is announced tomorrow at E3.
