FIFA 16 goes head-to-head with Pro Evolution Soccer 16 in the battle of the soccer heavyweights this year, and EA is hoping to stay ahead of the competition by making tweaks to its existing formula and adding a host of new features.
As well as a new FIFA trainer mode, over 25 tweaks have been made on the pitch to improve mobility, tackling mechanics and accuracy. There’s also the introduction of FUT Draft mode, which allows players to compete in knock-out style tournaments.
FIFA 16’s release date is penned for September 22 in the U.S. and September 25 in the E.U., where it launches on numerous platforms, including PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
In the meantime, if you’re still playing FIFA 15, you should check out these bargain buys and youth potential, and check out how you can dominate online seasons mode.
