Funny man Conan O’ Brien has returned with another instalment in his acclaimed Clueless Gamer series, this time scrutinizing the hugely anticipated Final Fantasy 15 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
This time around, the chat show host is joined by actor Elijah Wood, who is perhaps best known for his role as Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings film series by Peter Jackson. Wood is something of a gaming aficionado, so it’s no surprise O’ Brien roped him into joining him on this particular episode.
While Final Fantasy 15 has been much-anticipated by the gaming community for almost a decade now (the game started out life as the PS3-exclusive Final Fantasy Versus XIII way back in 2006), O’ Brien came away somewhat unimpressed with the action-RPG, and more than a little confused by the world of Eos.

Final Fantasy 15 release date is almost upon us—it’s only taken 10 years!
Final Fantasy 15 is scheduled for release on November 29 worldwide for PS4 and Xbox One. As mentioned previously, the game was originally confirmed for PS3 as part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis mini-series that focuses on the world of Final Fantasy XIII, but was later shifted to current-generation formats under a new title.
The transition to PS4 and Xbox One has not only resulted in improved visuals, but some elements were completely revamped or removed outright. The character of Stellar in particular is no longer featured in the game, although the core storyline remains largely unchanged. Final Fantasy 15 features a more action-oriented combat system than previous instalments in the franchise, but brings back the open-world setting ripe with side quests for players to indulge in.
