Developers of Folklore, the mystical action-adventure game are asking for your help. The game is slated to be released in October and to celebrate this event; everyone has the chance to design a character that will be included in the game.
Folklore takes you through seven worlds as one of two characters; Ellen the college student or Keats the journalist. After Ellen receives a mysterious note from her mother, they set off on their adventure while simultaneously encountering different monsters.
Here is where you, the readers, fans, and gamers come into play. Currently there are over 100 ‘Folks‘ you can utilize through your adventure, but imagine when you play the game encoutering one you created.
Here are the rules:
(1.) Create a Folk Illustration
(2.) Write down a description of your Folk’s abilities
(3.) Describe how your Folk’s abilities can be used after it’s been captured
(4.) Be sure to do you research! Go to www.FolkloreTheGame.com to learn more about the game

At this time the people at Game Republic will judge the entries and pick a winner. There are various prizes including a copy of the game, a copy of the limited edition “World of Folklore” book, and of course having your character appear in the game.
