Far From Home has announced that Forever Skies will launch for PS5 and PC on April 14, 2025, with preorders offering 72 hours of early access to the game alongside the Supporter Pack DLC.
The Supporter Pack adds a number of digital items including a PSN avatar and skins, as detailed below:
- Airship Skin – Pearl Emerald-themed
- Airship Skin – True Blue-themed
- Fossilized Apex Predator figurine
- Digital picture frame
- Laika and Felicetti tribute poster
- Five Forever Skies-themed PlayStation Network avatars

Forever Skies takes the form of a post-apocalyptic first-person survival romp, which offers both solo and co-op play. The game sees you returning to Earth after it has been ravaged by an ecological disasters, with players able to command a high-tech ship that you can customise and upgrade to your liking. Along the way, you’ll gather resources and food amidst the ruins of civilisation and attempt to find a cure for a mysterious illness that has befallen humanity’s remnants stranded in orbit.
