Circana’s Mat Piscatella has published the list of the top five most-played video games in the US across PS5 & PS4 for 2025, and it’s somewhat depressing too see that it’s identical to last year.
- Fortnite
- Call of Duty
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Roblox
- Minecraft
As mentioned this is identical to last year’s list, although it’s probably not too surprising given just how popular the list of Fortnite and Roblox are. GTA V meanwhile has been a perennial time sink for players since its launch more than a decade ago, Call of Duty is never far from the top of the most-played list ever year, and Minecraft, well, it’s Minecraft.
