Numerous social media platforms have posted footage online for the Battlefield 6 Battle Royal Mode, which originally emerged from Chinese social media site bilibili.

The gameplay showcases the opening moments of a match as you are air-dropped into the battlezone, with the player then going for a swim and also using a hammer to showcase some of the environment destruction in action. The Battle Royale Mode was previously outed in leaked footage back in June by a popular series data miner, and was officially confirmed during the game’s July reveal. However it won’t be available alongside the game at launch.

Battlefield 6 will make its highly anticipated debut for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on October 10, 2025. The game wrapped up two Open Beta weekends earlier this month, with publisher Electronic Arts later confirming that the first weekend alone was the Battlefield series’ biggest ever beta to date.
Battlefield Studios is also making a number of key changes to movement including bunny-hopping and jump shots following feedback from the Battlefield 6 Open Beta.
