DICE has officially announced the rumored Battlefield 3 Premium Edition for release on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 in September 2012.
The pack will retail for £49.99 and includes a copy of the critically-acclaimed military shooter, a Multiplayer Head-Start Kit and, most important of all, premium access to all five themed content packs.
All in all, you have around £70 worth of content thrown into the mix offering more than 25 maps, over 70 weapons and vehicles plus heaps of unlocks and upgrades. DICE is positioning the Premium Edition as the ultimate purchase for newcomers to the Battlefield 3 experience.
