Genshin Impact developer miHoYO has announced that the company is phasing out support for the PS4 version of the popular title.

Speaking in a post on its community forum, the studio explained that Genshin Impact PS4 support is ceasing due to “limitations related to hardware performance and platform application size.” Beginning on September 10, 2025, Genshin Impact will be removed from the PlayStation Store on PS4, which means if you haven’t downloaded the game by that date, you won’t be able to do so.
