How to Solve
Spin the 4 fox statues to face Mount Yotei to the west. Around the reliquary stone you find 4 fox statues you can spin: one in front, one behind, one left, one right. They must all face the same direction. Mount Yotei is the tall mountain with the snowy peak in front of the reliquary.
