Sony Pictures VR has announced that Ghostbusters VR is coming to the PSVR 2, the company announced during its Ghostbusters Day celebrations this week.
Developed by nDreams, Ghostbusters VR was originally announced in April 2021 during the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, although at the time it was only confirmed for Quest 2.
Ghostbusters VR is not a direct continuation of any of the films in the much-loved franchise, and takes place in San Francisco “in modern day and maybe slightly in the future.” Here, players will have the chance to run their own ghost-busting business where you’ll track, blast and trap pesky phantoms with iconic equipment.
