Goat Simulator Remastered was officially revealed during Gamescom ONL 2024 with a trailer so chalk-full of video game references and jokes, it has to be setting some kind of record.
The remaster of the classic 10-year old game was already suspected to be announced soon after it appeared on a ratings board in Taiwan at the end of last month.
Now we’ve got the confirmation it is not only real but arriving on PS5 sometime in 2024, though we’ve not yet been given an official release date.
You can check out the full trailer for Goat Simulator Remastered for yourself, below.
The remaster will come with every bit of DLC ever released for the original game, even the ones that had previously been exclusive to mobile platforms.
Developer Coffee Stain also points out that there will be improved visuals and graphics, but doesn’t provide any specifics as to what those are.
Despite that though, if you’re playing Goat Simulator Remastered for the graphics, then you might be missing the point of the game.
