Mega Cat Studios has released a new update for God of War Sons of Sparta, which comes with a number of key quality-of-life improvements as well as stability measures for the game’s save system. You can read the full God of War Sons of Sparta update 1.007 patch notes below.
God of War Sons of Sparta is a prequel to the franchise and takes place before God of War Ascension, and sees players controlling Kratos in his youth as he trains with brother Deimos at the Agoge. The siblings travel throughout Laconia in an effort to find their missing comrades, which sees them facing off against foes from Greek mythology. The narrative is recalled by an older Kratos to his daughter Calliope, while he serves as a captain in the Spartan Army prior to the first God of War.
