As if Sony’s press conference wasn’t mind-blowing enough, Sony Interactive Entertainment went and snuck out the E3 2016 trailer for Gravity Rush 2.
Fans of the original (and we did love the recently remaster here at PSU –check out our review!) look like they’re in for a treat with Gravity Rush 2 if this latest trailer is any sort of indication.
In Gravity Rush 2 the protagonist Kat continues her quest to find her origins all the while defending the universe from a terrible new evil as she masters three new gravity attack styles and defeats gargantuan boss enemies.
Set for release sometime later this year on PS4, Gravity Rush 2 not only brings new attacks and built from the ground up visuals to the table but also asynchronous online features such as treasure hunts and special events.
In addition to boasting a game world that is some 2.5 times larger than the original, Gravity Rush 2 also marks the return of the series signature art nouveau aesthetic that made first game so iconic to begin with.
