On the heels of The Last Of Us Part II Remastered being released, Naughty Dog has revealed that Grounded II: Making The Last Of Us Part II, a documentary going behind the scenes on TLOU Part II’s development is incoming.
The announcement trailer doesn’t include a release date, but it does say that the trailer will be made available via downloadable update.
What makes this documentary a little different than the first Grounded documentary which went behind the scenes on The Last Of Us is that this documentary almost didn’t happen.
After the original documentary, it’s not surprising to know that Naughty Dog was making a sequel while making The Last Of Us Part II. What no one expected of course, was the COVID-19 pandemic.
That shut the project down, though now we know work on the documentary restarted and has been completed. Hopefully it’ll be made available to players soon.
