At the Leipzig Games Convention, Sony announced that Gran Turismo 5 Prologue will run in 1080p.
They also confirm that it will allow up to 16 players to race against each other online, and have 50 cars and five tracks.
Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo 5 is becoming the most realistic and detailed racing videogame ever created. With GT5 Prologue already looking incredible, there is no reason to believe this game will be anything but breath taking.
When asked if GT5 itself would support all these features and much more, we were given a simple "yes".
GT5 Prologue is slated to release this autumn in Europe. The American date remains unknown.
