Grand Theft Auto 5 has topped the U.K. Charts for the first time in 23 weeks, dethroning Activision juggernaut Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare in the process.
Rockstar’s crime opus was released in September 2013 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox One, and has topped the charts for 10 weeks according to Chart-Track, a feat that only 10 titles have managed to claim, including fellow Take-Two stable mate, Grand Theft Auto Vice City back in 2002 for PlayStation 2.
Of course, there’s no shortage of content for GTA 5, with Rockstar continually adding new experiences to its online companion, GTA Online. In fact, the online multiplayer’s success is likely why Rockstar seemingly abandoned its touted single-player DLC for GTA 5’s campaign.

GTA 5 was later released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, although the current-generation version is more than a simple port. For starters, there’s a host of visual improvements to be had, as well as a brand new first-person viewpoint that is exclusive to this updated version. The critically acclaimed open-world title has shipped a staggering 65 million copies worldwide as of early 2016.
