According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Lindsay Lohan has issued 67 new pages of evidence in her lawsuit against Grand Theft Auto V developer, Rockstar Games.
The site reports that 45 pages of the evidence package is comprised of pictures, including the now-infamous shot of a young blonde woman posing in a bikini with her mobile phone.
Lohan insists this is a “look-a-like model” used to “evoke the persona and image” of the Mean Girls star.
“The Defendants were in the business of selling games as opposed to artists displaying artwork in galleries for profit where unauthorized images or portraits of individuals were reproduced in limited editions as opposed to the mass production for commercial promotion and financial gain.”
Rockstar previously responded to Lohan’s case, stating the actress sued the studio for the sake of publicity.
GTA V is receiving a next-generation makeover for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November.
