Arrowhead Game Studios has published Helldivers 2 update 1.002.105, which comes packing another batch of fixes for rare crashes and soft-locks. You can read the full details below.
Helldivers 2 was released in February 2024 for PS5 and PC, and remains one of the most popular multiplayer games on Sony’s console to date. Arrowhead Game Studios’ CEO recently stated that he would like to see a crossover with the game and Warhammer, although admitted the team is simply too busy right now to make it happen.

Fixes
Crash Fixes, Hangs, and Soft-locks:
- Fixed a rare crash that could occur when traveling between planets.
- Fixed a crash that would occur during the initial language selection.
- Fixed a crash caused by canceling specific emotes with another emote.
Miscellaneous Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where ship modules would sometimes not be purchasable even if you had the correct amount of samples.
