Metal Gear Solid mastermind Hideo Kojima has confirmed that work on his new project has kicked off this week following a staff meeting with core members of the development team.
Writing on his Twitter, the Kojima Productions head honcho teased that the studio will be holding meetings every morning to chew the fat over the team’s ambitions for the unnamed title.
"Had our first meeting for the next ‘A HIDEO KOJIMA GAME’ with the core team members today," said Kojima-san.
"Some members are also participating on ‘RISING’ so 10 people total this time. We will have a meeting every morning to discuss planning, testing, research, and scouting. An open environment to talk about important issues and share our dreams and concept for the project."
Kojima has been dropping frequent tidbits regarding his new title over the past few months, ranging from talk of a ‘taboo’ game to musings of a new entry in the Metal Gear Solid franchise. More recently, the legendary dev expressed his desire to unveil the project at next year’s Tokyo Game Show.
