How To Fix PS4 ‘Game Saved Data Cannot Upload’ Error

So, today I turned on my PS4 and received numerous notifications telling me that saved files for games such as Bloodborne and Hotline Miami 2 had not uploaded to online storage.

After investigation, I discovered that this is due to exceeding the 1GB maximum storage capacity for PlayStation Plus subscribers. So, how do you fix it? Well..

How to fix Game Save Data ‘cannot upload’ error

Step 1
– From the XMB, go to settings >Application Saved Data Management >Saved Data in Online Storage

– Click on Delete

– Find any game saves that you no longer need and systematically go through and delete them
